We pull the recurring jobs out of the transcript and check each candidate tool against the vendor's pages: capabilities, plan limits, price, integrations.

The six-part report and the four-day plan, written and checked by hand before your review call.
Review
30 minutes with you
We walk through the findings and you test the assumptions against your own knowledge of the work. If we found the five hours, you pay and the report is yours. Then you choose what to try first.
If we do not identify at least 5 verifiable hours per week in time savings across your workflow, you pay nothing.
Every hour in the report arrives with its calculation, so you can check the count yourself. You pay at the review, once we have walked you through the findings.

What does the $999 include?
A 45-minute discovery interview, 3 to 7 researched tool recommendations, the six-part report with a four-day quick-start plan, and a 30-minute review call. The report is yours to use with or without us.
When do I pay?
At the end of the review call, after we have walked through the findings and the five-hour count. We send a payment link, and the written report follows once it is paid.
What should I bring?
The names of the tools you use now, and one recent example of the recurring work you would most like to improve.
What if you cannot find five hours?
Then you pay nothing. We tell you on the review call, before any payment.
Do you record the call?
Only with your permission, and only so the analysis rests on your own words. We keep to the examples that matter.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Each recommendation is checked for fit with the people who will use it, including how much setup and checking it needs.
